Independent Sidmouth

Local shops and independent businesses worth the detour.

SHOPS

Browse the town

Sidmouth’s shops are mostly independent, and several are family-run. They are spread along Fore Street and the High Street and around Market Place, which makes it an easy town to browse on foot. Some have traded here for generations, and many are the kind of shop you will not find on a retail park.
